School want to be able to support our community as much as possible. We understand that the cost of living crisis is having an impact on all of us in some way. In order to support our families with this, we have been able to team up with the National Breakfast Club to start our new initiative called ‘Family Breakfast’. This initiative will aim to provide ALL children in school with breakfast free of charge. This club will start commencing the 23rd May 2022 and will run from 8:30-8:45. The project will initially run until July 2023. It is imperative that children arrive on time at 8:30 to take advantage of this. The children will be offered Cereal or a Bagel, fruit and juice as the breakfast option. They will each have roles to play within their groups such as preparing the table, buttering the bagels, pouring the cereal etc. At the same time they will watch Newsround and have opportunity to understand and talk about what is happening in the world.
